13-Year Old Saves Drowning Brother

It was a close call for three-year-old Carter Alexander when he ended up at the bottom of the pool during a party.  Pool parties are especially dangerous because of the “perception” of adult supervision that gives parents a false sense of safety.  Carter spent the night in the hospital, one of 6,000 youth hospitalizations a year due to near-drowning.
